My organisation employed the services of Robert MacDonald to rebrand my expedition company – Sandbaggers Ltd and to film, edit and produce a DVD record of one of our events – Gobi Challenge.

Such were the improvements in our image following this period of rebranding we witnessed growth on an unprecedented scale over the subsequent year. In addition, the high quality DVD record provided us with a powerful marketing and advertising tool.

Robert displayed the enthusiasm, drive and positively I would insist anyone I employ possesses but what impressed me most was his creative mind and an ability to remain ‘fluid’, continually adjusting his style and advice to suit my needs.

EASTERN HOLDINGS

Robert designed/ approved all Group advertising liaising with manufacturers for approval on corporate identity. Designed all point of sale, invitations, and mailshots.  Robert was also in charge of print buying, dealing and negotiating with print companies to secure the best rates possible.
Robert was an outstanding member of our marketing department, always willing to help out when there was an increase in workload. A conscientious worker who took great pride in his work.
Robert was very much in control of his areas of authority.  With 17 different motor franchises to deal with and 36 departments to provide marketing material for you have to think on your feet!

Excellent sense of humour, always bright and smiling, willing to help others, very charitable, trustworthy, loyal and conscientious. Robert has the ability to pick up new skills very quickly and is extremely flexible and would help out in any areas we required extra resources from time to time such as web design.

Robert has high energy levels (he ran the Gobi desert for charity in 2007!) and always completes any task given in good time. I would probably rate Robert as one of the most honest and reliable members of my staff in my time with the company (22 years).

Robert can work on his own or as part of a team. Communication and a clear understanding of what is required and feedback on progress. Robert has strong Management skills, through clear communication and understanding he would bring out the best in any team.

He is a very talented designer and was a good, loyal, conscientious member of staff.
